The challenge
A European SaaS startup expanding into Asia needed their entire product (UI strings, marketing site, help docs, terms of service) localised into three languages with a single coordinated launch date.
Our approach
Built a three-language project team with shared glossary. Worked from their Crowdin project directly. Coordinated content writing for region-specific marketing pages alongside literal translation of the product itself.
The outcome
Coordinated launch across all three markets on schedule. Asian markets contributed 28% of new sign-ups in first quarter post-launch.
