FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Everything you need to know about working with us.
How many languages do you support?
We work in 40+ languages, covering Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, etc.) and European/American (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Dutch, Polish, etc.) language families. If you need a less common language, contact us — we have an extended network of freelance specialists.
How long does a translation take?
Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours for documents up to 5,000 words. Larger projects are quoted individually. Rush delivery (12–24 hours) is available at a 30% surcharge. Subtitling and dubbing timelines depend on content length — typically 1 business day per 30 minutes of content.
How do you vet linguists?
We work with a core network of 20+ vetted linguists and specialist partners with domain experience in legal, medical, technical and marketing fields. When a project requires a sworn, certified or notarised translator, we confirm availability for that jurisdiction before accepting the order.
Do you offer interpretation on-site?
Both on-site and remote (Zoom, Teams, phone) interpretation are available worldwide. For on-site interpretation we coordinate with vetted local partners in the destination city, across Europe, Asia and the US. Same-day booking is available for remote sessions.
How do you handle confidential material?
We can provide an NDA on request and treat client material as confidential by default. Files are transmitted over encrypted channels and retained only as long as needed for delivery, unless a client asks us to delete them earlier or keep them for an agreed period.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept virtually any format: DOCX, PDF, XLSX, PPTX, HTML, XML, JSON, SRT, VTT, MP4, MP3, MOV, and more. If your file is in an unusual format, just ask — we handle bespoke formats regularly.
How is pricing calculated?
Translation and content writing are priced per word. Interpretation is per hour. Subtitling and dubbing are per minute of video. Transcription is per minute of audio. Use the slider on each product page to size your order — final quotes account for language pair, complexity, and turnaround.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX through Stripe and Square checkout. Corporate clients can arrange invoicing on request. Payment is due before delivery for standard orders; milestone billing is available for large projects.
