Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of orientspeak.com and the language services provided by Orientspeak, operated by Digital Ice LLC. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide translation, interpretation, subtitling, dubbing, content writing and transcription services. Deliverables, formats and turnaround times are agreed per project.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices listed in the shop are starting prices. Final quotes depend on volume, language pair, complexity and turnaround. Payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
3. Confidentiality
We treat project materials as confidential and can provide a non-disclosure agreement on request. Source files are deleted upon written request unless retention is required to complete or document the service.
4. Revisions
Two rounds of minor revisions are included. Substantial scope changes are quoted separately.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
