The challenge

A regional bank was launching an Arabic-first digital banking app and needed all UI copy, error messages, terms, and notification templates translated from English. Existing translations from a previous vendor read awkwardly to native speakers, hurting conversion.

Our approach

Native Arabic copywriter (not a literal translator) re-wrote the entire UI in Modern Standard Arabic with regional inflections where appropriate. Worked directly with their product team in Figma. Implemented bilingual review of every screen.

The outcome

Onboarding completion rate improved 31% in Arabic-language users. The bank made us their default LSP for product copy.
