End-of-Year Reflections: Three Years of Growth

Three years in, and we have started to feel like a real company instead of a side project that grew. Some 2022 numbers:

• 340+ projects delivered (up from 210 in 2021)
• 9 full-time linguists, up from 5
• Our first recurring regulated-document workflow
• Opened our first dedicated office

The biggest lesson of 2022

The first recurring document-service workflow was the inflection point. It took months to understand the practical requirements, but it changed how we handled sensitive files and jurisdiction-specific translation requests.

For 2023, the focus was more of the same: stronger partner coverage, careful hiring, and resisting the temptation to take work outside our specialisation.
